Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All order received Monday through Friday by 2pm EST will be process same day. 

All order received after 2pm EST will be processed following business day.

Order received after 2pm EST Friday and on Saturday, Sunday will be process on Monday.

Please note that processing time is not ship out time.

2. Most order will be shipped out by USPS 

3. Free Shipping is available on order above $80 merchandise order without shipping included. It is limited to domestic USPS or UPS ground shipping. 

The free shipping is not valid for APO/FPO/DPO, HI, PR, HI, US VI, PO BOX, and International Orders.  Free Shipping does not apply to orders above 30lb or any back orders, pre-orders items. 

4.  USPS delivery will be made Monday through Saturday. For shipment that use UPS shipment for expedited shipping such as overnight, 2 days will be delivered Monday to Friday.  Carrier does not deliver on Sundays.

5. Loss of Package - After the order is shipped out and carrier has picked up the shipment, the risk of loss and title of shipment is passed to the carrier.  Therefore, if item is lost, we would not be responsible for item that shows "Delivered" as the item has been delivered.  The customer need to reach out the carrier that handled your package to start investigation and resolution for the lost packages.  The tracking number will be sent when the item has been shipped out.
