Refund policy

We accept return 15 days from the delivery date. Please submit to @roabeauty.com within 15 day of delivery to initiate the return. Anything passed 15 days after delivery day will be denied for return.

- The item needs to be in original form without damaged. The return item need to be untouched and unused(including tried on) in original package with original tag in placed. 

- The return need to be initiated by contacting us at @gmail.com with reason for any returns.

- Once we accept the return, the customer need to ship back the item back to us and is responsible for any additional cost that is customer responsibility.

- When shipping back, we suggest customer to use carrier that has tracking # provided as if we don't receive product and there is no proof of delivery then we won't be responsible for the item.

- Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item 3~5 business day.

- If item is damaged, touched, or used it will deny the return and will be shipped back with shipping charge.

- Any claims for defect, damaged item, please submit claims to @roabeauty.com with the picture of problem within 7 business day of delivery.  

- Return credit normally takes 3~10 business day after initiation and will be credit back to the same card that was used for purchase.
